Please review these resort policies before arrival and share them with everyone in your party.
Check-In & Check-Out
- RV sites: check in at 1:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is $10 per hour.
- Guest rooms: check in at 3:00 PM and check out by noon.
- Holidays and special events require a three-night minimum.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No loud music, disruptive activity, or excessive noise.
- Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
Parking & Site Use
- Maximum of one RV and two vehicles per site.
- Display parking decals at all times.
- Do not park on grass, vacant sites, or roadways.
- The resort speed limit is 5 MPH.
- No tents, generators, grass driving, or on-site mechanical work.
Pet Policy
- Maximum of two dogs per site, each under 80 pounds.
- Pit Bull and American Staffordshire breeds are restricted.
- Keep pets leashed on a lead no longer than six feet, quiet, and under control.
- Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.
- Pick up pet waste immediately; violations may incur a $50 fine.
Pool & Hot Tub
- Hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; wristbands are required.
- No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No glass, food, alcohol, diving, running, loud music, cutoffs, or street clothing in the pool area.
- Infants must wear swim diapers.
Conduct & Care
- No smoking inside resort buildings.
- No public intoxication, offensive language, fireworks, or illegal substances.
- Children must be supervised.
- Keep sites clean; bag trash and use designated dumpsters.
- Seal sewer connections. Keep rugs off grass and grills on concrete.
Registration
- The reserving guest must be 21 or older and stay on-site each night.
- All visitors must register at the office.
- Facilities are for registered guests only.
- No commercial activity or solicitation without written approval.
Mail & Assistance
- Address packages to your full name, Sandpiper RV Resort, 201 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550.
- Emergency and security contact information is posted in the office area.
- For non-urgent after-hours help, leave a voicemail for a return call the next morning.
