Terms for a
smooth stay.

Reservations & Payment

• A valid credit card with CVV is required at reservation.
• Providing a card authorizes charges for the stay, applicable fees, and damages.
• Rates may change during holidays and special events.

Check-In & Check-Out

• RV sites: 1:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out; late check-out is $10 per hour.
• Guest rooms: 3:00 PM check-in and noon check-out.
• Holiday and special-event stays require three nights.

Occupancy & Conduct

• Guests must be at least 21 to reserve, and the primary renter must stay on-site each night.
• Each site is limited to one RV and two vehicles.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, public intoxication, offensive language, and illegal activity are prohibited.

Pets

• Up to two dogs under 80 pounds are permitted per site. Pit Bull and Staffordshire breeds are restricted.
• Pets must be leashed, quiet, and under control.
• Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area. Pet waste must be picked up immediately.

Pool & Hot Tub

• Wristbands are required. Hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
• Children under 14 need adult supervision. No glass, food, diving, or loud music.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations at least seven days before arrival receive a full refund.
• Cancellations or changes less than seven days before arrival are non-refundable.
• No refunds are issued for early departure, no-show, or weather events. Mandatory evacuation may qualify for an unused-stay credit voucher.

Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for damage to resort property, sewer connections, landscaping, and facilities.
• The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Management may remove guests who violate resort policies without refund.

Acknowledgment

A signature or completed reservation confirms agreement to these terms and all posted park rules. No commercial activity or solicitation is permitted without written approval.
